We offer a full 88 point service check at a fixed cost, this covers every aspect of your machine and we provide a safety certificate. Any issues, or problems found during the inspection will then be submitted to you

The user, any guarding or Health and safety matters can be discussed, plus the general health of the machine.

Cutting Edge Engineering provide an operator training scheme, to ensure each operator is proficient in the use of the machine. This is a fixed 6 hour session and includes a certificate of completion.

We stock various spare parts for most machines and brands.

Consumable items are normally in stock and any difficult to find parts for older machines can be manufactured or sourced.

Cutting Edge Engineering's electrical technician has years of knowledge and experience. Electrical problems can be fixed in person or over the phone, dependant on the fault. We also offer electrical safety upgrades to meet new HSE legislation.

We manufacture and fit the more modern style yellow strike bar safe edge systems to any make and size of platen, this usually replaces the obsolete vacuum type of system, please call for a quote.

Cutting Edge Engineering provide installation services and support with guarding the installed machine to meet current HSE standards.

We also provide expert advice and support to customers who are removing or relocating machines of any size.

We don’t stock used machines, however we do have an up to date list of machines available straight from the previous user (not a dealer).

Diecutting machinery has very stringent health and safety guidelines which must be adhered to by the end user.

Cutting Edge Engineering are always up to date on new health and safety issues, and can advise you on how you should approach this.
